Visit Dusty Rhodes Homes at the Fall Parade of Homes

This year's Fall Parade of Homes runs from September 21st to October 6th, 2024. We would love for you to take this opportunity to tour an example of one of our homes at this event. It will be featured among some of the best builders in Kansas City. 

All homes—including ours—will have parade books available and be open daily between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and admission is absolutely free! We encourage you to tour our entry to see why Dusty Rhodes Homes is the best of the best. When you tour our featured home, you will recognize why it's different from the rest.

Dusty Rhodes Home's Fall Parade of Homes entry is the reverse Laguna 1 floor plan. We're excited to show our future clients this floor plan, as it's truly something special. It's a spacious home boasting an open floor plan. 

When you tour our home during the Fall Parade of Homes, you can check out the 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms to get a feel for what is on offer. This floor plan has a 1st floor master bedroom with an attached bath and a walk-in closet. Main floor living also includes a kitchen, dining room, great room, office, and laundry room. 

Yet, that's not all. The 'Laguna 1', which can be found in the Creekmoor Community, also features a game room and media room in the finished lower level!
