Our collaborative selection process will provide open and transparent communication through systems like our pre-construction meeting, a dedicated professional designer assigned to your project, and our CoConstruct communication platform.
Phone Consult
The first step in the Overland Park and Kansas City new home building process is a consultation. We recommend that you call us to prequalify for your custom home building project. We’re able to do a free project feasibility assessment during this conversation.
Design Chats
While we’re creating CAD plans, we’re also talking with you to discover what home design trends and details you want in your new home. The design process is perhaps one of the most enjoyable of the custom home development stages. We finalize the project details and present you with the plans and specifications. Our team has over 35 years of experience in custom home building, and we pride ourselves on being experts in the Kansas City and Overland Park home building process.
Construction Time
Once we finalize the building contract, we can begin construction within a few weeks of the detailed plans and specs being approved. While every project is different, a Kansas City custom home construction timeline can be 1-2 weeks for the preconstruction agreement, 4-8 weeks for estimating and approval, and 9-12 months for construction.
After Construction
Picture this: your beautiful custom home received glowing reports with its final inspection, and you’ve just finished your walk-through. Your home has a one-year bumper-to-bumper warranty and a two-year mechanical warranty, but you’ll always have access to our legendary aftercare services.
